Hybrid Development Center

Under this engagement model, Stigasoft deploys a hybrid team of onsite and offshore personnel. The onsite team of business consultants and architects works at the client's site whereas offshore team works at Stigasoft offshore facility. The onsite team functions in close collaboration with client's nominated project manager and coordinates with the Stigasoft offshore team.
Model characteristics:
  • Stigasoft analyzes the client's needs and constitutes an onsite team comprised of one or more business analyst and/or one or more business architect
  • Depending on the resource demands, an appropriate offshore team of developers is set up at Stigasoft's facility
  • The onsite team works in close collaboration with the designated project manager on the client side and coordinates with the development activities of the offshore team
