Selection Criteria
Stigasoft proposes this engagement model for projects having following characteristics:

• Well defined requirements and schedules
• Little or no room for change in requirements and in schedule
• Inflexible budgetary constraints

Model Characteristics
On receipt of the requirements specifications from the client, Stigasoft takes the following steps:

• Comprehensive analysis of requirements specifications to estimate time, effort and schedule
• Communicates the estimate to the client along with a project delivery schedule for the complete project
• Enters into an agreement with the client once both the parties agree on the estimate. The agreement covers screen illustrations, documentation, application design, testing, support period, change management, communication protocols, milestones, timelines and commercial details, etc.

From here on, the project is executed strictly as per the agreement. For any changes a standard "change request procedure" is followed for which we have structured "Change Request" process in place.
