Dedicated Development Model enables the clients to use Stigasoft's facility (infrastructure and equipment) and resources as their own during the project lifetime. Stigasoft reserves the required resources and dedicates the same to the client's project. Selection Criteria Stigasoft recommends this development model for the projects having following characteristics:
  • The project scope is not defined
  • There is a continuous requirement for a resource on a particular technology
  • Clients are looking at long-term gains from offshore outsourcing
Model characteristics
  • The dedicated resource is exclusively reserved for the client's project for a mutually agreed period
  • The project is carried out according to the client's work practices and development methodology
