• Experience of 2 to 5 years in international B2B sales support in IT/ITeS company
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience of making extensive cold calls and sending emails to prospects
• Understanding of international business, culture and processes

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible to identify prospects and chase them through extensive calling and emails
• Revenue generation and achieve the targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with pleasing personality
• Professional attitude and determined to exceed sales targets
• Ability to speak with confidence about a range of products/services to CXO's
• Provide accurate, complete and comprehensive responses to bid and sales leads
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers

Minimum 2 years hands on experience in C/C++, Objective C.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with S/W process standards. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.  Experience from interaction with overseas clients is a must.

The prospective candidate will be expected to:

• Generate leads from existing or prospective customers
• Create mailers or proposals in response to RFPs/RFIs
• Understanding and analysis of RFP or any other client requirements
• Effort estimation and costing of the client’s requirements
• Writing proposals
• Creating project plan
• Creating different design documents required in a project
• Conducting and coordinating interviews as per requirement
• Scope the list of changes and plan releases
• Promote awareness and usage of internal tools in the organization
• Enforce adherence to organizational policies, processes and procedures within the team

Minimum 4 years  functional and implementation experience in latest Microsoft Technologies(Sharepoint, C#, Dynamics Navision etc.) Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
